Thank you for choosing Meena Bazar for your shopping needs. We aim to provide you with the best products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

RETURNS FOR A COUPON CREDIT

PLEASE NOTE : COUPON CODES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE ON MEENA BAZAR ONLINE STORE.

You'll have 3 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return for a coupon credit. Please follow these steps:
1. If you wish to return your order, Kindly contact our Customer Service team at +919032814141, Care@meenabazarhyd.com

2. They will provide you the return form. Kindly fill it with your correct order number, indicating whether you are requesting a coupon credit.

3. After filling the form, kindly please acknowledge to the customer service team. They will initiate a return pickup from our side. Please be patient the pickup will take place in 2-3 working days after initiating it. Ensure that the order details are securely pasted on the returns box

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5-7 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for us to process your return and issue the coupon credit. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

Conditions for returns

1. The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

2. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

3. We only accept the return within 3 days after delivery.

4. Highest Discount category products are not applicable for return.

How to use the credit note

1. Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the COUPON CODE' section and click on "APPLY"

You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount, If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

Refund will only be provided if the customer receives a wrong product/size or is defected.

Note:  Customers may return products for exchange if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects or our error. However we request that returns for the same issue are limited to two times to ensure efficient resolution and maintain product quality
