SHIPPING POLICY

In case of return and exchange:-
1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
2. The return shipment is to be borne by the customer.
3. Return or exchange should be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. In case of exchange of products, we provide a Coupon Code which can be utilized anytime Within 6 months from the date of issue.
5. After the returned goods are processed, you can either get Coupon Code for the amount or exchange for any other products.
6. Made to order pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
7. Size exchange and Coupon code process takes 5-7 working days in completion.

International Shipping Policy
At Meena Bazar, we take pride in bringing our timeless collections to our customers across the globe. We currently offer international delivery to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Pakistan.

For our ready-to-ship products, delivery typically takes between 15 to 30 business working days. For bespoke and custom-made pieces, the delivery timeline ranges from 45 to 90 business working days, as each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once your order is placed, our team will send you a confirmation email with your estimated delivery dates. While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you on time, Meena Bazar cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs or port authorities in the destination country.

A nominal shipping fee is applicable on all international orders outside India, and is calculated at checkout. We kindly request that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Please be aware that any duties, VAT, taxes, or tariffs levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Should a shipment be refused and returned to Meena Bazar, we regret to inform you that refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for the order.

Eligible for Return

Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase

Note:
1) Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case
2) lf you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Meena Bazar, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.

Credit Note

All items purchased from our website can be returned for Coupon Code 3 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use the Credit Note

Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the COUPON CODE' section and click on 'APPLY You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
