Return Policy
- Eligible Items: Must be returned within 7 days from delivery, in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and in original packaging.

- Credit Notes & Gift Cards: Products purchased via gift cards and credit notes can be exchanged if eligible, but not refunded.

Exchange/Alteration for Customised or Made-to-Order Items
- No exchanges allowed for customized or made-to-order items.
- If the wrong size is ordered, alterations can be made without charges, but shipping costs apply.
- Alterations may take up to 15 days or longer, depending on the complexity.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are at the discretion of the company.
- Cancelled orders will result in a credit to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
